Q3. My item arrived broken or damaged. What should I do?
- We apologize for any inconvenience. Please take photos of the damaged item and email them to support@drinkniwa.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Our team will promptly address the issue. Note: We are not responsible for courier handling issues, as these are outside our control.
Q4. I ordered multiple items; why did I receive only one?
